The Burley Modern 942-537 TV Lift Electric Fireplace (sold with the 537 Oakham fire insert) is a free-standing architectural-style TV lift that features lighted open corner niches perfect for collectible displays, sculpture, or planters. This modern furnishing features a system that keeps large flat screens out of the way when not in use, but when needed will lift a screen up to 50" wide from behind. The system features smooth lift operation that keeps decorative items on top from moving. The mantel provides a lower cubby hole for electronics, with rear wire management, and theft prevention on the screen. Additional features include remote control and automatic shut-off. The Burley Oakham 537UR Convertible Wall or Free Standing Electric Fireplace provides a stunning counterpoint with chrome and dark glass, and features a beautiful virtual flame, cool-touch glass, and the option for a log or marble ember bed. This heating unit creates 4,500 BTU's of energy efficient electric heat, and also offers a regulating thermostat as well as a remote control.

White Glove Delivery & Setup
With our Signature White Glove Delivery your furniture will be delivered by a specialized furniture carrier. White glove carriers are different from common carriers in that they provide the customer with many benefits throughout the delivery process.
This Signature Service level provides an appointment setup at your convenience within a 4 hour time window. A two-man delivery to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. will set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.
